Congressional Prayer Breakfast

The National Prayer Breakfast, hosted by the United States Congress, is a yearly event held in Washington, D.C., on the first Thursday of February each year. This event has taken place since 1953 and is attended by some 3,500 guests, including international invitees from over 100 countries.

At the same time our nation's leaders are gathering, Interstate Batteries employees who choose to do so gather together before the work-day begins for food, fellowship and prayer for country and its leaders.

National Day of Prayer

Interstate Batteries has the privilege of voluntarily coming together in prayer for our families, schools, children, neighborhoods, employers and many more as those in our Congress are asked to come together and pray, especially for their country. This breakfast is held at Interstate on the first Thursday in May, under the umbrella of Focus on the Family.
